the property did not meet our expectations with regards service and facilities
The location is perfect. The wifi is okay.
1.This last 2 days were our extended stay. When we first arrived at 10pm of Oct 19 , the air-conditioning unit and the ceiling fan of the 3rd room was not functioning . The door has to be opened to have cool air from the living room The host promised to repair it the next day , but was done 2 days after, but still not functioning. 2. cleaning of the property done every other day only... including the replenishing of the towels and toiletries 3. the doorknob of the first room was defective since Oct 19. the occupants were usually locked in and the door had to be opened from the outside.

1. the air-conditioning unit and the ceiling fan of one room is not functioning . The door has to be opened to have cool air from the living room The host promised to repair it but not done until we left 2. Cleaning of the place was done every other day ..including the replenishing of towels and free toiletries, tea & coffee... 3. The door of the first room has defective doorknob. Occupants are locked in. The door had to be opened from outside.

Overall the accommodation suited our purposes and the location was excellent.
The manager was very helpful as there was an issue with the accommodation for our first night's stay and they had to source other accommodation for the one night.
The language barrier trying to solve the accommodation issue made it hard to work out what was going on. Also finding out how to get the keys and check in was difficult as there is not an office to go to. The apartment did need some repair work as parts of it were broken and needed repairs. The plates, glasses and cutlery was only enough for 6 people so we had to wash up after every meal.

Decent but beds need replacing
Size and location is great
Beds are beyond their used by date. Hard and springs popping out. Very poor Not clean enough, mold in the bathrooms Entrance should be through main door. Entering via the laundry is very very off putting.
